A little about me and this site is in order, I suppose. First up, this site is a work in progress and although it doesn't actually have much in the way of content, there is some. Just use the navbar over there on the left. If you've got any suggestions, feel free to contact me via email, I'll certainly take them into consideration.

I'm a divorced father of three beautiful girls, a child of the '70s and '80s when life was much simpler. Having said that, I wouldn't miss this technology for the world, I love it. I love computers, I love delving into their inner workings and I love the internet and what one can do with it. As a youngun, I spent a bit of time in the Australian Army, which I loved. But I gave it up to spend more time with my family, which didn't exactly go as planned. Not much does in life, I'm afraid. As of Feb 2007, I've been working as a security guard for 11.5 years, spread over three jobs, one of which lasted for more than 10 of those years. Anyway, that's enough about me, go look at the rest of my site.

Wow! To say that I'm absolutely stoked is an understatement. On the 28th of February I created a page with a few photos of a hail storm that took place in Canberra, ACT, Australia. I posted the link on two forums and since then that link has been all over the place.

Since I bought this webhosting back in November of '06, I've used 3.18GB of bandwidth. In the last 7 days, I've used 2.10GB of bandwidth, the vast majority of it going to page views about the Canberra storm. There have been more than 14000 hits on that page alone in the last week. I'm thoroughly pleased that something that I developed merely as a hobby has shown so much interest so quickly.

Thank you.
